In keeping with tradition, we are celebrating St. Martin’s Eve at Arnbjerg Pavillonen — on 10 November with a classic duck menu from West Jutland cuisine. Casper and the team are putting together a menu focusing on local produce, seasonal vegetables and homemade accompaniments.

Events at Arnbjerg Pavillonen in Varde. We have been hosting events, Christmas celebrations, parties and concerts in Arnbjerg Park since 1899. Our historic setting is the preferred venue for both private events and corporate functions throughout West Jutland — from Esbjerg, Bramming, Ølgod, Tarm and Ribe.
Restaurant GRO is responsible for the culinary craftsmanship, and the menu is created from scratch by head chef Casper Rosendahl, with a focus on local produce from the West Jutland terroir. We have 50 newly renovated rooms so you can stay overnight; we’re located 25 minutes from Esbjerg and 30 minutes from Billund Airport.
