Christmas party 2022
At Arnbjerg Pavillonen we run with 2 concepts.
One consists of sharing food on the table in Restaurant
Gro and the other is a room of its own, with the
big Christmas party.
Christmas menu
The cold
– Homemade rye bread and French bread
– Home marinated gin/elderflower herring with curry salad
– Eggs and prawns with mayonnaise and cherry tomatoes
The warmth
– Fish fillet with remoulade and lemon
– Warm liver pate with mushrooms and bacon
– Roast pork with white potatoes, red cabbage and brown sauce
– Glazed ham with green cabbage
– Red cabbage salad with orange and walnuts
Dessert
– Selection of local cheeses with sweet and crunchy
– Risalamande with cherry sauce
Add-ons:
– Fried herring with onion compote
– Medister with stewed white cabbage
– Roast duck
Price 398 kr. per person
