Arnbjerg Pavillonen is looking for a skilled waiter as restaurant manager who is outgoing, can have many balls in the air and is a team player.

Arnbjerg Pavillonen is a beautiful centrally located hotel in Varde. New managers have been appointed from 2021, so there has been a major rebuild in progress at the hotel and restaurant. We are therefore looking for someone who wants to help develop Arnbjerg Pavillonen and the new restaurant Gro.

We have an a la carte restaurant with seating for 60 people. In addition to the a la carte restaurant, there are 4 function/course rooms with seating from 30 to 500 people. There are 30 newly decorated rooms, so we also have many of the guests who come on stays where they have dinner included in their stay.

Then there’s Polyfonen, our new concept. It is our large hall with room for 500 people that we have turned into a cultural house where we have various events throughout the year.

Work tasks:

• Product ordering
• Make sure the schedule fits
• Count inventory
• Training of trainees and new employees
• Manager meeting every 14 days

• Have experience from other restaurants and want to learn from you
