Vi er tilknyttet Unge Loftet

At Arnbjerg Pavillonen, we believe that, as a business, we have a responsibility to make room for young people who are struggling to gain a foothold in the labour market. That is why we are one of the few companies in West Jutland affiliated with Unge Loftet.

What does this mean?

We offer training placements and flexible jobs for young people returning to the labour market after illness, a break from school or other challenges. They are given a place in a team where professionalism meets understanding — and they become an active part of the business.

Resultat

Several of the young people who started through Unge Loftet are now full-time employees with us — in the kitchen, at the bar or front-of-house. It is a form of social work that works, and we are really proud to be part of it.
