A long weekend offers time for both relaxation and new experiences. Two nights from Friday to Sunday — perfect for exploring the Wadden Sea, Tirpitz, Varde and the area’s museums without feeling rushed.
On Friday evening, we’ll be serving a two-course menu at Restaurant GRO, and on Saturday, a delicious three-course dinner awaits. The rest of the days offer plenty of time to explore the Wadden Sea, go for a walk in Arnbjerg Park or take a day trip to Esbjerg or Ribe.
Both dinners are prepared from scratch using the finest seasonal ingredients, and the menu can be adapted to suit any allergies or dietary requirements — just let us know, and we’ll put together the perfect experience for you.
