Our central location in Varde makes us easily accessible from both Esbjerg and the rest of South Jutland — with direct access from the motorway and bus and train links nearby. Combine your meeting with an overnight stay in one of our newly renovated rooms.

Minibystuen

Experience the cosy and historic atmosphere of Minibystuen. The large window section with double doors facing east bathes the room in the most beautiful natural light. Minibystuen is ideal for smaller gatherings and an informal long-table setting. The name is a reference to Arnbjergparken’s major attraction, Varde Miniby, and the view of the historic Minimurer workshop. The walls are adorned with changing exhibitions of models from Varde Miniby. Room size: 3.5 × 11 metres.

Pavillonen

The original pavilion from 1899. As you step inside the beautiful old Pavilion, you are struck by the breath of history. The Pavilion is one of the best-preserved pleasure pavilions in Denmark and has now been newly renovated with respect for its history. It features high ceilings, beautiful natural light, herringbone parquet flooring and an atmosphere where nature is invited inside. The adjoining veranda has its own exit to the terrace and Arnbjerg Park — ideal for breaks, group work and lunch. Room size: 9 × 15 metres.

Foyerstuen

A cosy and informal room, ideal for private meetings and small conferences. It is equipped with all the necessary AV equipment and is located close to the toilets. The adjoining foyer has tables and chairs and offers plenty of space for group work. You can choose whether to partition off the room with the folding screen or open it up to the foyer. The foyer room is particularly suitable for graduate meetings and job interviews where discretion is required. Room size: 8 × 10 metres.

Polyfonen

Polyfonen is designed for large parties and conferences — both capacity and space are top-notch. It features all the modern technology required for a concert or conference. A large built-in stage at one end of the hall, the option to divide the space with a folding screen, and a dedicated bar both in the hall and in the adjoining foyer. Built in 1914, it was Jutland’s largest hall at the time. Today it stands beautifully restored, with its vaulted ceilings and exposed rafters preserved. Venue size: 17 × 25 metres.

A short distance from Esbjerg and the motorway

We are located 25 minutes from Esbjerg and close to the E20 motorway. Free parking is available in front of the building, and Varde station is served by both trains and regional buses — so your guests can get here easily, no matter where they’re coming from.

We are centrally located in Varde, just 25 minutes from Esbjerg, and directly connected to the E20 motorway — and we have everything you need to make a meeting effective, all under one roof.

Five rooms — for 8 to 300 participants

We have five different meeting rooms that can be adapted to your needs. Minibystuen is ideal for workshops and working meetings with 8–20 participants. Foyerstuen is perfect for board meetings and strategy sessions. Foyeren provides space for receptions and panel debates. Pavillonen accommodates up to 100 participants for conferences and lectures. And Polyfonen can host up to 300 conference participants or 500 for a concert/theatre performance — with a professional stage, lighting and sound system.

Conference near Esbjerg — logistics without compromise

For companies in Esbjerg, Bramming, Tarm and Ølgod, Arnbjerg is the obvious choice when meetings need to be held away from their own premises. We are located close to the motorway, offer free parking and can accommodate both coach groups and individual guests. Trains and regional buses arrive at Varde station, a 15-minute walk from the hotel. And if you’re organising an international conference, we’re just 30 minutes from Billund Airport.

You can choose a day package (without accommodation) or a multi-day package with accommodation, dinner at Restaurant GRO and a breakfast buffet. We take care of coffee breaks, lunch and gala dinners, so you can focus on the meeting itself.

Walk & talk in Arnbjerg Park

One of our strengths is our location in the heart of the listed Arnbjerg Park. The park is ideal for walk & talks between sessions, outdoor team building and quiet breaks. Research shows that breaks in green surroundings boost concentration and creativity — and we find that participants return to the afternoon sessions more engaged after spending 20 minutes outside between sessions.
