At our communal Christmas parties, we bring together small groups and individual guests for one big Christmas celebration in the Pavilion — so whether you come as a small or large group, you can be sure of a full house and a lively atmosphere.
Classic Danish Christmas buffet with both cold and hot dishes: herring in various styles, gravad and smoked salmon, apple pork, meatballs, medister sausage, browned and white potatoes, red cabbage, mustard sauce, rice pudding — and of course homemade bread, butter and cheeses.

We offer discounted room rates on Christmas dinner evenings — from DKK 795 per room, including breakfast buffet. Please enquire when booking.

Events at Arnbjerg Pavillonen in Varde. We have been hosting events, Christmas celebrations, parties and concerts in Arnbjerg Park since 1899. Our historic setting is the preferred venue for both private events and corporate functions throughout West Jutland — from Esbjerg, Bramming, Ølgod, Tarm and Ribe.
Restaurant GRO is responsible for the culinary craftsmanship, and the menu is created from scratch by head chef Casper Rosendahl, with a focus on local produce from the West Jutland terroir. We have 50 newly renovated rooms so you can stay overnight; we’re located 25 minutes from Esbjerg and 30 minutes from Billund Airport.
