Restaurant GRO

Nordic food with a French streak, cooked from what West Jutland has right now. Our kitchen works directly with farms and fishermen nearby, and makes most things in house — including the bread.

What to expect

• A menu that changes with the season — lighter at lunch, several courses in the evening
• Local ingredients: lamb from the Varde valley, cheese from West Jutland farms, herbs and berries from around us
• Honey from our own beehives on the roof
• The historic hall with tall windows facing the park

Booking a table

We recommend booking, especially Friday and Saturday evenings. Book online or call +45 75 21 11 00 — we speak English and German.

Coming from the coast?

Plenty of guests drive in from Blåvand, Vejers or Henne for dinner — it takes about half an hour, and there is free parking at the door. If you would rather not drive back, we have rooms upstairs.

Dietary requirements

Vegetarian, vegan, allergies — tell us when you book and the kitchen will take care of it. Children are welcome, and there is a smaller menu for them.
